Classes

We offer classes in flying trapeze (petit volant), aerial hoop, silks, Chinese pole, static trapeze, mixed aerial (aerial hoop, static trapeze, silks, rope, and aerial hammock), ground skills, circus fitness and aerial yoga. For complete beginners we regularly offer our six-week introduction to aerial course (including static trapeze, aerial hoop, rope, silks, Chinese pole, aerial hammock and flying trapeze). Class time includes a group warm-up and cool down.

Regular open sessions are available for ground-based skills, aerial practice, and professional training.

Please see our current timetable for full details—check the colour-coded level of the session to ensure it's right for you before booking. If you have any questions, contact us via email at info@upsidedowncircus.co.uk.

All classes are bookable on a first come, first served basis. There are limited numbers in each class in order to keep students safe. We keep a waiting list for sold-out classes. If there is clearly enough demand for a specific discipline we will consider timetabling additional classes.

We also offer private individual and group tuition in a wide variety of ground and aerial discplines; please contact us at info@upsidedowncircus.co.uk for details and to arrange your class.
