Introduction to aerial
Have you wondered what it was like to hang off a trapeze, weave around silks, spin in a hoop or easily climb a rope? Well we have you covered.
Our 6 week course will guide you through building up strength and flexibility to easily do tricks in the aerial hoop, aerial silks and trapeze.
Each week you will be guided through various tricks and techniques on each apparatus to help you progress through the course and culminate in having your own repertoire of skills.
This course not only helps you gain confidence and strength but also you get to meet new people in a supportive, encouraging environment.
Fear of height? Not a problem. We have adjustable equipment so we can adjust it to the height you are comfortable with.
Beginners, no experience necessary.

Introduction to Chinese pole
This class is aimed at teaching the basics of chinese pole such as climbs, drops and Flags to all. whether you just want to try something new, try a diffrent pole or have always wanted to do a flag this class can help

If you have completed our Introduction to Aerial course but you still aren’t sure what route you would like to go down then this is the class for you.
In this class you will get to try all the basics of circus:
• Acro – tumbling, acrobalance,
• Aerial- trapeze, silks, rope, lyra, Chinese pole
• manipulation - juggling, diabolo, devil stick, hula hoop, staff, poi
• Balancing – tightwire
• Performance Games

A beautiful art form, learn to climb and move through the air, with only a piece of fabric supporting you.
Learn a variety of ways to climb, descend and move around the simple fabric while creating your very own routine.

Introduction to Acrobalance
Like the idea of working with someone else? then this is for you
Come and learn the basics of acrobalance.
Learn how to use your body in new ways, support each other and make new friends while improving flexibility and strength.
Suitable for all abilities
No previous experience or partner is necessary

This fitness class is designed for anyone wanting to increase their strength, stamina, balance and flexibility - all the things you need to improve your aerial skill.
Join us for this fun and energetic class! Its also a great class for general fitness so even if you're not learning aerial it's still a fantastic workout in a fun and supportive environment!

Aerial Hoop Beginners
Already had fun in our beginners aerial course and found hoop was your thing. Great. Then this course is for you.
In this class you will rocket along and learn a variety of tricks on the aerial hoop.
Each lesson will focus on a variety of positions on the hoop and also spinning for those who like it.
At the end of this course you will have created your very own routine to play around with.
